Welcome to the

Norwesters Rifle & Pistol Club

'Norwesters' is a Home Office approved, National Rifle Association (NRA) affiliated club with the objective of promoting the sport of target shooting in a safe and responsible manner. Based at Bisley, in Surrey , the club shoots throughout the 'club year' (October to September) across a variety of disciplines including:

	Ø	Full bore rifle
	Ø	Small bore rifle
	Ø	Black powder rifle
	Ø	Muzzle loading pistols


The club practices these disciplines across ranges from 25/50m (gallery) to 1,000 yards. Please see above our Shooting Dates for this year. *Take aim with a sport that's all about concentration and the reliability to focus your mind.* 'Norwesters' welcomes new members of all abilities, whether new to the sport or experienced FAC holders; the club also has a junior section for 14-16 year olds. All new members will undergo a probationary period and will be given instruction and practice by qualified instructors as applicable to the individuals experience and personal requirements.
At Norwesters we also organise 'guest days'. These give the opportunity for potential new members, or those considering taking up the sport, to come to a shooting day, meet members and 'get to know' our club.
